HerStory Vintage accepts all major credit cards, in addition to Apple Pay, PayPal, Shopify Pay and Venmo. Please note that all payments (including all shipping costs) must be made in full before merchandise will be shipped. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HerStory Vintage does not offer refunds but is happy to provide an exchange or store credit, in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Any merchandise to be exchanged must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging. The exchange must be pre-arranged with HerStory Vintage before it is sent back for exchange. Please note that any and all shipping costs associated with an exchange are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Should there be an extenuating circumstance in which your merchandise was damaged during the shipping process, the recourse can be discussed by the buyer and seller on a case by case basis.
SHIPPING
HerStory Vintage provides shipping via United States Postal Service. Standard, Priority and Express shipping options are available based on the buyer's preference. All shipping costs, eligible insurance options and additional shipping services are the sole responsibility of the buyer and should be negotiated prior to purchase.
International shipping is available via first class international shipping. International shipping can be a timely process. Please be aware that HerStory Vintage cannot guarantee the reliability of international delivery times. We will make every effort to get your piece to you as soon as you need it. If you need expedited shipping on your international order, please specify that you’d like us to ship using international priority or international express mail.
