While visiting a Bay Area flea market a few years back, I stumbled on a few of these oddly beautiful spiraled rings. Years later, I’ve still never been able to figure out what they were originally used for. But, they were time worn, partially rusted and a bit heavy – not at all what most people would imagine in a piece of jewelry. And I was instantly in love with them. It took me nearly two years to find a design that would properly showcase their beauty, something that would soften the heaviness of them without diminishing their essence. Delicate glass beads in varying shapes and sizes cascade from the center in a monochromatic blush color scheme, making this piece amazingly neutral. The piece is supported by a double chain, adding to its dimension and durability. This statement piece isn’t for the faint of heart. It clearly has designs on manifesting the dreams of the one bold enough to choose it.
This piece is one-of-a-kind.
The chain is approximately 30” in length and the pendant including the beaded fringe is approximately 6 1/2”.
The vintage hardware element has been sealed to maintain the finish as it was found.
Made of lead and nickel compliant materials.
